Queen Conch: "konk- local pronunciation, Florida, name is "Pink Roller": Strombus gigas: A very important herbivorous gastropod found at Ambergris Caye as elsewhere in the Caribbean, it is harvested commercially for food, although others species at conch are also used locally.
